Option 2 – “TheVilla” has two bedrooms two baths, fully furnished kitchen and living room with wrap-around veranda complete with porch swing! Both of the above rent for $125. per night with special rates for stays of a week or more.

Option 3- “Tree House” A one bedroom apartment situated above banana and bamboo trees, with full bath, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and it’s own veranda with a spectacular sea view. This rents for $55. per night as a single or $65. for two.

Option 4- “Backpackers Special” This room has beds that can be bunked or side by side. It also has refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker etc. The perfect place for the low budget traveler, or someone that is staying for a month or so. This room rents for $35. per night or $200. by the week if two weeks or more. Gingerbread Hill offers free pick up from the airport plus WiFi e-mail, laundry facilities, car rental, mountain bikes, volcano tours, hiking, snorkeling and scuba diving packages. Weddings can also be arranged including complete video and photo packages. There are special group rates for divers, volcanophiles and family groups with full catering available and Gingerbread Hill is known as the best location for Ham Radio Operators.
